Where do you source your ingredients?
We grow our own apples and pears on our farm in the Chimacum valley. We also work closely with other farms around Washington state to source all of the other ingredients that go into our cider like honey, lavender, stone fruit and so much more!

A collection of seasonal and traditional ciders, Our beautiful line of Brandywines and spirited wines. Along with great gift ideas and samples galore!
What’s your favorite part of this food movement?
Consumers knowledge and investment about where their food and drinks come from. We really are seeing a huge amount of growth in people asking questions that are important to them and their families . Seeing people who want to support local businesses and buy ethically made products reinforce what we do everyday.
What’s the best part of your job?
Getting to connect people with the land through our beautiful cider. Having the opportunity to discuss traditional cider making methods and building community around what we do.
