First Bite Night

You asked and we listened! With Gobble Up’s growth in popularity over the last few years, we’ve heard from both vendors and fans alike that this should be a two-day show! Modeled after our Preview Night at our big Winter Show, First Bite Night will be a great way for you to come and shop with our vendors without having to wade through the Saturday crowds.

You can taste, shop, check every food lover off your holiday shopping list, catch some fun cooking demos with some of our favorite food & beverage vendors, walk the show with a specialty mocktail from our beverage vendors, AND enter to win some incredible FREE raffle prizes from local establishments–all for just $8! All the donations from these raffles will be reserved for our First Bite Night attendees, so you won’t want to miss this event. Make it a date night or a family night, get inspired for cooking during the holidays and support the amazing handmade products being grown and produced in the PNW! Get your tickets today!

Join Nikki from Hot Mama Salsa to learn how to make ground pork with their smoky coffee chili oil and fermented soybeans. This makes for a delicious dish for the holidays or just because it’s delicious and your family will be asking for more!

Join Karachi Kitchen while they prepare Chana Chaat which is a delicious dish featuring chickpeas and vegetables with their Chaat Masala and Tamarind Date Chutney and garnished with spicy, crispy chips.

For First Bite Night some of our vendors will be selling special drinks which will ONLY be offered for this event! Look for the fun balloons around the Hangar–they’ll be positioned above booths where you can stop to see what they are serving up! Not only can you walk around with a yummy drink in hand but you can buy the ingredients right there at the booth, so you can even serve them up at your own holiday parties. Look for the balloons and check them all out!
