You all did an amazing job. I didn’t know you had stand in volunteers that can guard your booth if you needed to run to the toilet, so that’s really cool! All the folks were nice and it was cool to connect with our customers and watch our customers tell other people how good our product is.

I had the unique opportunity to give out +1,500 sauce samples to potential local customers. This is a huge deal for my small business. I also love seeing all my food owner friends. It’s like a reunion of sorts!

I loved the swag bag idea, a great way to make it a solid start!!

Load in was easy. The Gobble up team was very helpful and supportive. We especially appreciated the garbage disposal throughout the show as we gave out the most samples we have ever given, and our garbage bin could have easily overflowed without the volunteer help from the gobble up team.

We do LOADS of markets in and around PDX and I had more of my friends and family come to this event than I ever have in the past — and I think that says how exciting the event was. I also really enjoyed seeing so many new faces, I felt like Gobble Up brought a different audience than we normally see at craft shows.

We are truly beyond pleased with this event. We have been to so many farmer’s markets, trade shows, and other markets/events, and we didn’t know exactly what to expect at Gobble Up. Well, we were completely blown away! Often it feels that attendees at most shows are lookers, with few people buying. At Gobble Up, every other person or group who sampled from us, made a purchase! Genuine question – how did you all find such incredible attendees to come and BUY from us? Tears of joy were shed after this event. It was the reminder I needed that our products ROCK and that we have something special. We really cannot thank you enough, and we look forward to your events next year.

I know I say how grateful I am every time, but I’m just going to do it again. After a couple of years I’m figuring this out and you all provided an amazing opportunity for me this last week. I’m really glad to be part of your community, hopefully I can contribute as much as I’m getting from it. Thanks again.
