My grandparents Felton and Mary Campbell were a remarkable couple with a gift for hospitality. For nearly twenty years they ran the most beloved BBQ restaurant in SE Portland, Oregon. In their home and in their restaurant, they loved to cook and serve meals for a crowd. With a love for urban farming and quality ingredients Felton & Mary shared an uncompromising commitment to their brand of Texas style BBQ. People came in for the food but stuck around for the relationships.
