My grandparents Felton and Mary Campbell were a remarkable couple with a gift for hospitality. For nearly twenty years they ran the most beloved BBQ restaurant in SE Portland, Oregon. In their home and in their restaurant, they loved to cook and serve meals for a crowd. People came in for the food but stuck around for the relationships.
